Did a mild cardio workout today, with some strength training mixed in. I’m a multi-tasker ;) And I have done very well diet wise. I still have 500+ calories to consume, and that’s not going to happen. So whatever. I’m stuffed already D: But that’s good, right? I am very hard on myself.
